The recipient must be enrolling or enrolled in 8 or more credit hours.
The recipient must maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
The recipient must be enrolling or enrolled in an Allied Health program to include: Anesthesia Technology, Central Sterile Processing, Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Emergency Medical Science, Histotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Mammography, Medical Sonography, Ophthalmic Surgical Assistant, Pharmacy Technology, Physical Therapist Assistant, Polysomnography, Radiography, Respiratory Therapy, Speech Language Pathology Assistant, Surgical First Assistant, or Surgical Technology
