Charles A. Bell Endowed Scholarship

Mr. Charles Bell founded the Architectural Technology Department at Fayetteville Technical Institute (now FTCC) in 1969, and taught there for 34 years. Charles was a passionate man who loved his family, his friends and his students. He enjoyed working on computers, photography, traveling, fishing and cooking. Mr. Bell passed May 30, 2011.
