Earl Melvin Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Mr. Earl Melvin received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology in May 1974 from FTCC. He received a diploma, with honors, in Electrical Installation and Maintenance in May of 1983 from FTCC.
He was employed with PCW in the Electrical Engineering Department for more than 17 years as an Electrical Engineering Assistant II.
Mr. Melvin was a gifted, self-taught artist who sold several pieces of his work. He enjoyed creating works of art in pen and ink
This scholarship is for students enrolled in the Civil Engineering Technology program.
