Poglinco Nursing Scholarship

Paula Poglinco was a nursing instructor at FTCC from 1978 until her retirement in 2003. Mrs. Poglinco graduated from Pace University with a BSN and University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill with a Master’s Public Health. Before becoming an instructor at FTCC, Mrs. Poglinco worked as an Obstetrics nurse and a Pediatrics nurse. Mrs. Poglinco passed in 2012 and it was her desire to create a scholarship for students in the ADN program at FTCC. Several scholarships are awarded each year.
